Southeast Missouri Recording Studio

Oh For Audio, Almost Always, Thundertones, and Telemachus

A fire must have been lit because while Echo Echo Studios was going through a fairly slow slump, I’ve been hit with a major amount of projects. It looks like this is going to be a 90 hour week at Echo Echo.

Oh For Audio – After some lineup changes, we are in the mixing stages with Oh For Audio and hope to have them finished with mixing early this coming week.

Saturday Night Racing – I was asked by a lyricist in Louisanna to make a song out of some words. That’s been a very interesting project but people are giving me compliments somebody must have done something right. I’m waiting for the final word but that project is just about wrapped up.

Almost Always – My good buddy from the Elevenpoint days, Eric Voorheese, has been busting his tail on his EP for Almost Always. With the help of Ben Sample on drums, my entire life has been consumed by this project.

Thundertones – The Thundertones came in Sunday night and tracked the full band live here at Echo Echo Studios. It’s always nice to see experienced veterns get behind their respective instrument. I’d expect them to put on a hell of a live show for anyone into the 70s rock thing.

Telemachus – This weekend we start work on the upcoming Telemachus EP. Telemachus is kinda sorta into the prog / metal thing. I hate to classify it because people that are into prog / metal are always pyschotically anal about classifications so take that assessment with a grain of salt.
